Jennifer Conley, President of Conley Associates, Inc., earned her degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1993 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. From 1994 to 1997 Ms. Conley worked as a transportation engineer at Bruce Campbell and Associates in Boston, Massachusetts, where she prepared traffic impact studies and served as a project representative at various public hearings. Ms. Conley joined Rizzo Associates, Inc.’s Boston office in 1997 where she effectively managed traffic impact studies and served as the community liaison for all of her projects. This experience provided her with the transportation engineering and management skills needed to start Conley Associates, Inc. | ||
In March of 2000, Ms. Conley became a certified Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, and in January of 2001, Jennifer Conley founded her own transportation planning and engineering firm, Conley Associates, Inc. Since the incorporation of Conley Associates, Inc., Ms. Conley has earned membership into the American Institute of Certified Planners and in November of 2003 became a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer. She is also a registered Professional Engineer in New Hampshire and Vermont, and New York. |

Ms. Conley is an active member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers and the Women's Transportation Seminar, where she recently co-chaired the registration committee for the 2003 WTS National Conference held in Boston. In addition, Ms. Conley serves on the RPI advisory board for the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department, volunteers coordinating all alumnae admissions efforts in the Boston area |

Conley Associates, Inc. has recently hired Robert Rottenbucher, P.E., as Director of Structural Engineering. He was formerly head of HNTB Corporation's New England Bridge Inspection and Rating Practice. Mr. Rottenbucher is a Licensed Professional Structural Engineer in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. | ||
Mr. Rottenbucher has performed bridge design, load rating, and inspection work as a consultant for MassHighway, MBTA, Massachusetts Turnpike Authority, MassPort, Maine DOT, Maine Turnpike Authority, NHDOT, RIDOT, and numerous other DOTs, authorities, and private clients throughout the northeast. As an adjunct professor at Wentworth Institute of Technology, he has taught classes on steel and concrete design; at Northeastern University he was a member of a team teaching a course on bridge design; and at Tufts University he has been a guest lecturer for its Bridge Design course. Boston Society of Civil Engineers Section's (BSCES) Structural Group featured him as a lecturer on bridge inspection as part of the 2003 "This Olde Structure" lecture series at MIT. His paper "Case Studies of Efficient Bridge Inspections" has been accepted for publication in Civil Engineering Practice (BSCES Journal). |

Brian J. Beisel has been involved in a variety of transportation planning and engineering projects. As a Transportation Engineer with a large civil and environmental engineering firm in Boston, he rapidly gained experience on transportation projects of all sizes and complexities. During his tenure in New York, Mr. Beisel worked on the redesign of major infrastructure projects including the reconstruction of Grand Central Parkway and LaGuardia Airport parking and circulation roadways. Since joining Conley Associates, Mr. Beisel has developed a proven track record conducting traffic impact analysis for both private clients and municipalities including a mixed use development for New England Development in Westboro, Massachusetts, and residential developments throughout Massachusetts including the communities of Millbury, Waltham, Medway, and Newton. Mr. Beisel is an experienced project manager and a public speaker that effectively presents transportation components of projects in public hearings and other public speaking forums including several Dunkin' Donuts throughout New England. |

Leslie Grant (click here for resume) |
Leslie Grant earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine in Orono, Maine. She has almost four years of experience both in traffic engineering and transportation planning. Initially, Ms. Grant developed traffic management plans for a number of Central Artery contracts including C17A9 and C17A1, local contractors and the Boston Water and Sewer Commission. More recently, she has prepared the transportation component of several Environmental Impact Reports including the Pier 4 project to be located in South Boston as well as the proposed Trade Center Executive Park to be located in Woburn, Massachusetts. Ms. Grant has completed a number of Traffic Impact Studies (TISs) for a variety of projects ranging from residential developments and office buildings to convenience uses and has also completed a number of peer reviews. Ms. Grant has developed an expertise at both the analysis and written components of a traffic analysis. |
